Tickets are non-refundable unless the match is cancelled. You may re-list them on the secondary market.
If the event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled, you receive a 100% refund within 5 business days.
When buying multiple tickets in the same category, seats are sold side-by-side. We mark exceptions clearly before checkout.
